MENDA
About
A library of tested fixes for Windows and Mac problems, written in plain English. Here is who runs it, how the fixes are checked, and how to reach us.
What Menda is
Menda collects step-by-step fixes for the problems ordinary computers actually have — slow PCs, frozen apps, update chaos, no sound, Wi-Fi dropouts. Every guide gives you the exact clicks and settings in plain English, timed to the minute, with nothing to install and no jargon.
If you are not sure what is wrong, two more tools live here: the Troubleshooter asks a few questions and points at the fix that fits your setup, and Menda AI answers your specific question — any fix it points you to is one of the tested guides on this site.
Who runs it
Menda is run by emdottech, who also publishes tech content on:

How fixes are tested
Every fix is tried on real hardware before it goes live, and re-checked when Windows or macOS changes break it. The current test bench:
- A MacBook with Apple M3
- A Windows 11 desktop (Intel Core i5-12600K, NVIDIA RTX 5090)
- A Windows 11 laptop
How often guides are reviewed
Each fix page carries its own "Last updated" date. Beyond that, the library is reviewed every 3 months, and whenever Windows or macOS gets a major update.
